Our Mesa Eastmark office is a nurse practitioner-led wellness clinic in the Eastmark community of southeast Mesa. The office sits on Point Twenty-Two Boulevard near the Banner Health Center at Eastmark, with easy access from Loop 202 for patients across Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon.

Our Mesa Eastmark peptide therapy patient base is different from our Gilbert location. We see a mix of working-age Eastmark and Mulberry patients using peptides for recovery, performance, and metabolic support, alongside older Sunland Springs patients seeking peptides for healthy aging, tissue repair, and cognitive support.

Sermorelin is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release more of the body's own growth hormone.

Melanotan II is a synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It is used for tanning without extensive UV exposure and has additional effects on appetite and libido.
Effects include skin tanning, reduced appetite, and enhanced libido. It works by stimulating melanin production in the skin.
Libido Blend combines PT-141 (Bremelanotide) with Oxytocin to support sexual health and intimacy. PT-141 works through the melanocortin receptors in the brain, while Oxytocin supports bonding and emotional connection.
The blend is used to enhance libido, improve sexual function, support arousal, and promote emotional well-being and intimacy.
GLOW Blend is a proprietary combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 designed to enhance skin health, appearance, and overall aesthetic outcomes.

Your first visit takes about 45 minutes. Your provider reviews your medical history, current medications, and goals for peptide therapy. Baseline lab work is ordered when appropriate.
For Queen Creek patients, the drive to our Eastmark office is usually under fifteen minutes. The parking is straightforward and our office is on the ground floor with easy access.
Once labs are in, you return for a follow-up visit to review results and discuss options. If your provider determines peptide therapy is appropriate, we can start you on the recommended peptides at that visit. We do not prescribe peptides without a full clinical evaluation.

Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, is the lead Family Nurse Practitioner overseeing the peptide therapy program at our Mesa Eastmark office. Two master's degrees, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with over thirteen years of combined nursing and NP experience.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chad spent more than five years as an ICU nurse at a Level II trauma center in Idaho, caring for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients. That background is particularly relevant at our Mesa Eastmark office, where the patient mix includes older patients from Sunland Springs and Mountain Vista Medical Center's patient base. Managing peptide therapy in patients with complex medical histories is not a med-spa skill set.
