Keystone Medical Wellness is a nurse practitioner-led wellness clinic in Gilbert, Arizona. Our office sits on Chandler Heights Road, a few minutes from Power Ranch, Seville, and Adora Trails. We offer medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, IV therapy, ketamine infusion therapy, peptide therapy, and regenerative therapy.
The practice is led by Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, a Family Nurse Practitioner with over thirteen years of clinical experience that started in the ICU at a Level II trauma center. That clinical foundation shows up in how the practice runs. Lab work before prescriptions. Honest answers about what a medication can and cannot do. A wellness clinic that thinks like a medical practice.

Our Gilbert location offers the full Keystone service menu. Some patients come to us for a single service. Most discover that wellness work is connected. Hormone balance affects weight. Weight affects energy. Energy affects whether you actually keep your appointments at the gym. We treat the system, not the symptom.
Our Gilbert office is led by Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and his nursing degree from Idaho State University. He holds two master's degrees and is Family Nurse Practitioner certification certified.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner over eight years ago, Chad spent more than five years as an ICU nurse at a Level II trauma center in Idaho. He cared for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients. After moving to Arizona, he continued in ICU practice as a charge nurse and preceptor before transitioning to wellness medicine full time.
Chad is fluent in Spanish, both conversational and medical. Spanish-speaking patients can request a Spanish-language appointment when booking. Habla español. He volunteers as a National Ski Patroller at Sunrise Ski Resort during the winter months.

Patients in Power Ranch, Seville, and the surrounding communities come to us for a few specific reasons.
Pricing is published before you book. The services pricing page shows what every medication, infusion, and treatment costs. Walking in already knowing what something costs changes the conversation. It also keeps everyone honest.
The medication menu for weight loss is unusually deep. Five options on the shelf instead of one. Retatrutide in particular is hard to find at East Valley wellness clinics. That depth matters when your first medication does not produce results or your insurance changes mid-treatment.
And then there is Chad. ICU and trauma medicine for over five years before he transitioned to wellness. He is comfortable taking patients with complicated medical histories that most med spas politely send elsewhere. He is a nurse practitioner who happens to specialize in wellness medicine, not a wellness operator who happens to have credentials.
Best of Gilbert 2022. Best of LLAF 2022. Best Men's Wellness. We are honored to be recognized by the Gilbert community.

Semaglutide programs at our Mesa Eastmark office start at $395 per month and include weekly weigh-ins, fat burner injections, and B12. Tirzepatide and HCG packages cost more. Phentermine costs less. The services pricing page lists every medication and program. HSA, FSA, and financing through Cherry are accepted.
Yes. Our Mesa Eastmark office is physically located in the Eastmark community at 10706 East Point Twenty-Two Boulevard, near the Banner Health Center at Eastmark. We offer the full medical weight loss program from this location, including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, HCG, and Phentermine.
Clinical trial data shows an average loss of 35 pounds, or 14.9 percent of starting body weight, over 68 weeks of treatment with Semaglutide. Some patients lose more, some less. Results depend on starting weight, dose, adherence, and whether you pair the medication with dietary and lifestyle changes. Most patients see meaningful weight loss within the first three months.
Semaglutide targets one receptor in the GLP-1 pathway. Tirzepatide targets two: GLP-1 and GIP. The dual-receptor action produces greater average weight loss in head-to-head clinical trials. The trade-off is cost: Tirzepatide is more expensive. The framework most patients use: Semaglutide is the standard starting point, Tirzepatide is the step up when budget allows or when Semaglutide stops producing results.
Retatrutide is not yet FDA approved for general use as of 2026. It is available through compounding pharmacies and clinical channels. Phase 2 trial data showed an average weight loss of 24 percent over 48 weeks, the strongest published result for any weight loss medication. We offer Retatrutide for patients who have plateaued on other medications or want the most aggressive option.
Appetite changes are usually noticeable within one to two weeks on GLP-1 medications. Measurable weight loss begins around weeks three to four. Full medication effect at target dose takes three to four months. Total weight loss progresses over the first year of treatment. Expect a clinical journey, not a quick fix.
Yes. Queen Creek is one of our primary service markets at our Mesa Eastmark office. Most of Queen Creek is within fifteen minutes of our Eastmark location, often under ten. Many of our weight loss patients drive from Queen Creek because we are closer than competing wellness clinics further west.
Common side effects include nausea, fatigue, constipation, and occasional diarrhea, especially during dose escalation. Most diminish over time. Rare but serious risks include pancreatitis and gallbladder issues. Patients with personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma should not take GLP-1 medications. We screen for contraindications during your initial visit.
Yes. Two non-injection options. Phentermine is a daily oral appetite suppressant best suited for short-term weight loss interventions of about twelve weeks. The HCG diet combines oral or sublingual HCG with a structured 500-calorie protocol that runs in three phases. Phentermine works well for patients who need a fast initial drop. HCG works well for patients with stable daily routines who can commit to the protocol structure.
Good candidates have a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition, or a BMI of 30 or higher regardless of other conditions. They have tried weight loss through diet and exercise without sustained success. They are willing to commit to follow-up visits and dietary adjustments. They want a provider relationship, not just a prescription.
Call (480) 499-4441 or request an appointment online. We typically have same-week availability for new patients.
