Our Mesa Eastmark office is a nurse practitioner-led wellness clinic in the Eastmark community of southeast Mesa. The office sits on Point Twenty-Two Boulevard near the Banner Health Center at Eastmark, with easy access from Loop 202 for patients across Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon.
IV therapy is the intravenous administration of fluids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants delivered directly into the bloodstream. Because the nutrients bypass digestion, they reach blood concentrations that oral supplements cannot match. Vitamin C given through an IV can reach a blood concentration more than 50 times higher than when given orally.
The IV program at our Mesa Eastmark office is administered by a licensed medical provider. Each infusion takes about 30 to 60 minutes for one liter of IV fluids. Our menu covers Myers Cocktail, NAD+, immunity, athletic recovery, hydration, energy, and beauty infusions. Injectables include B12, biotin, and vitamin D. The program is led by Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, whose five-plus years of ICU experience at a Level II trauma center shaped how the clinic approaches every infusion.

Our Mesa Eastmark IV patient base is different from our Gilbert location. We see a mix of younger Eastmark and Mulberry patients coming in for recovery and immunity IVs, growing families from Cadence and Blossom Rock, and older patients from Sunland Springs seeking hydration, NAD+, and vitamin correction. The geography of southeast Mesa drives that range.
Queen Creek patients make up a significant portion of the IV therapy volume. The drive from most parts of Queen Creek to our Eastmark office is under fifteen minutes, often under ten. That is closer than every wellness clinic further west, which is why so many Queen Creek residents drive here for hydration IVs after a weekend outside or immunity blends during cold and flu season.
When you swallow a vitamin, it has to survive stomach acid, get absorbed through the intestinal wall, pass through the liver for first-pass metabolism, and then enter general circulation. A lot of what you take orally never actually reaches the tissue that needs it.
IV therapy skips all of that. Nutrients enter the bloodstream directly and reach every tissue in the body within minutes. NIH research on intravenous vitamin C confirms that IV delivery produces blood concentrations orders of magnitude higher than oral supplementation. That is why IV therapy is effective for acute rehydration, immune support during illness, recovery from athletic exertion in the Arizona heat, and correction of clinical vitamin deficiencies.
IV therapy is not a fix for poor nutrition. Patients often hear that during their first appointment when the conversation turns to what they are actually eating. IV therapy complements a solid diet. It does not replace one.
Created by Dr. John Myers, this IV blend has been used for decades to treat chronic conditions like asthma, fibromyalgia, fatigue, and migraines. Our proprietary Myers blend covers key vitamins and nutrients supporting immune function with a focus on prevention of cold and flu.
Our Myers Cocktail contains:
Benefits patients report from Myers Cocktail:
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme naturally produced by your body. It is essential for cellular energy production, DNA repair, and the function of your brain, internal organs, and neurological systems. NAD+ levels decline as we age.
NAD+ IV therapy is a holistic, all-natural way to help your body fight cellular aging from the inside. It also has documented value in supporting recovery from substance dependence.
Benefits of NAD+ include:
NAD+ is available at Keystone in three forms: IV infusion, intramuscular (IM) injection, and sub-cutaneous (Sub-Q) injection. IV infusion delivers the highest concentration and works fastest. Injections are more convenient for maintenance dosing after an initial IV series.
NAD+ is one of our more popular services at the Mesa Eastmark office because the demographic mix skews older, and NAD+ appeals to patients focused on healthy aging.
Our full IV nutrient menu covers hydration, immunity, athletic recovery, energy, beauty, hangover recovery, and Myers Cocktail. Individual infusions are targeted to specific goals.
Given the Arizona climate, hydration IVs are one of the most-requested services at our Mesa Eastmark office. Patients come in after long weekends at Eastmark Great Park, athletic events, or extended time outdoors. A hydration IV can restore fluid balance faster than oral rehydration alone. Immunity blends are the second most-requested category during cold and flu season.
Every IV starts with a conversation about why you are here. If you are looking for a specific effect, your provider will tell you which infusion is most likely to deliver it and which one is not.
Not every treatment requires an IV. Several of the most requested vitamins and nutrients can be delivered as intramuscular (IM) injections, which take a minute or two and produce comparable clinical effects for many indications.
Vitamin B12 plays a vital role in brain function and overall health. B12 is found mostly in meat and dairy, so deficiency is common in patients who follow vegetarian or vegan diets. B12 deficiency is also common in older adults because absorption declines with age. This is one reason we see meaningful B12 injection volume from the Sunland Springs demographic.
Benefits of B12 injections include:
Biotin injections promote healthy skin, hair, and nails. If you are experiencing fine, fragile, or thinning hair and brittle nails, biotin injections may help. Biotin is a vital component in the natural hair growth process and plays a major role in skin and nail health.
Biotin is available as an IM injection or added into an IV infusion. Your provider will help you decide which option fits your goals.
B vitamins are a group of eight nutrients, each with a distinct role in overall health. Vitamin B deficiency symptoms depend on which B vitamin you are deficient in. Older adults and pregnant women are at higher risk and may need higher doses.
B12 deficiency can cause anemia and psychological symptoms including depression and confusion. B6 deficiency can cause skin rashes, susceptibility to infection, depression, confusion, and anemia. We treat B vitamin deficiency with injectable B vitamins targeted to the specific deficiency identified in your labs.
Vitamin D acts more like a hormone than a vitamin. Nearly every cell in the body has receptors for it. Vitamin D deficiency is widespread, with an estimated 42 percent of American adults deficient. CDC data on vitamin D deficiency breaks the numbers down by demographic risk factor.
Higher-risk groups include people with darker skin, older adults, patients who are overweight, and patients living in places with less sunlight. In Arizona, we still see vitamin D deficiency in patients who avoid the sun year-round because of the heat. Sunblock use, indoor lifestyles, and older age all contribute.
Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency include:
Vitamin D can be corrected with IM injections. Baseline lab work identifies the depth of deficiency and guides dosing.
Beyond the medical IV and injection menu, our Mesa Eastmark office also offers cosmetic injectables.
Botox and Xeomin injections reduce facial wrinkles and creases. Both are types of neurotoxin that block signals from nerves to muscles in small quantities.
Botox and Xeomin are also used to treat neck spasms, excessive sweating, lazy eye, and chronic migraines. Not every treatment is cosmetic.
Lipodissolve is a non-surgical series of injections that liquifies fat cells in specific targeted areas. It is used for body and facial contouring of localized fat in small areas. Lipodissolve is not a weight loss option. It is for patients who are happy with their overall weight and want to contour specific areas.
Kybella is FDA-approved for improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe submental fat (fullness under the chin). Kybella injections are given at least one month apart.
IV therapy is appropriate for adults looking for targeted symptom relief, nutrient support, or clinical correction of a confirmed deficiency. It works well for immune support during cold and flu season, recovery from athletic exertion or dehydration in the Arizona heat, and treatment of documented vitamin deficiencies.
IV therapy is not appropriate for patients with severe kidney disease, congestive heart failure requiring fluid restriction, or IV allergy history. During your first visit, your provider screens for these contraindications before recommending an infusion. This screening matters especially at our Mesa Eastmark office, where we see a proportion of older patients with more complex medical histories.
If you are looking for IV therapy to compensate for a poor diet or replace medical treatment for a serious condition, this is not the right service. We will tell you that directly.
Individual infusion pricing is on the services pricing page. Myers Cocktail is the most affordable IV infusion. NAD+ costs more because of the compound itself. Injectable options (B12, biotin, vitamin D) are less expensive than IVs.
Package pricing is available for patients who want a series of infusions. We accept HSA and FSA payment for medically indicated services, offer financing through Cherry, and post current new patient offers.
Your first visit takes about 60 to 75 minutes including the infusion itself. Your provider reviews your medical history, discusses why you are seeking IV therapy, and recommends the right infusion for your goals. Setup and IV insertion take about ten minutes. The infusion runs for 30 to 60 minutes depending on volume.
For Queen Creek patients, the drive to our Eastmark office is usually under fifteen minutes. The parking is straightforward and our office is on the ground floor with easy access.
You can bring a laptop, a book, or headphones. Most patients relax during the infusion. There is nothing unpleasant about the experience once the IV is placed.
Most patients feel noticeable effects within an hour, though maximum benefit depends on the infusion. NAD+ effects, for example, build over the course of several IVs rather than one.
Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, is the lead Family Nurse Practitioner overseeing the IV therapy program at our Mesa Eastmark office. Two master's degrees, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with over thirteen years of combined nursing and NP experience.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chad spent more than five years as an ICU nurse at a Level II trauma center in Idaho. He placed IVs, ran drips, and managed fluid and electrolyte balance on critically ill patients thousands of times. That background is genuinely useful for wellness IV therapy. Vein access, infusion pace, and knowing when a patient is reacting to an IV are skills that come from clinical experience, not a weekend certification.
Chad is fluent in Spanish, both conversational and medical. Spanish-speaking patients can request a Spanish-language appointment when booking.

Yes. Our Mesa Eastmark office is physically located in the Eastmark community at 10706 East Point Twenty-Two Boulevard, near the Banner Health Center at Eastmark. We offer the full IV therapy menu from this location, including Myers Cocktail, NAD+, hydration, immunity, athletic recovery, and injectables.
IV drip therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and fluids directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion. That allows nutrients to reach blood concentrations much higher than oral supplements can achieve. Vitamin C given through an IV can reach a blood concentration more than 50 times higher than when given orally. IV therapy is used for hydration, immune support, energy, recovery, and correction of clinical deficiencies.
Most infusions take 30 to 60 minutes for one liter. First-visit patients should plan for 60 to 75 minutes total, including intake, provider consultation, IV placement, and post-infusion monitoring. Return visits are faster.
Myers Cocktail is a blend of vitamins and nutrients focused on immune support, energy, and general wellness. NAD+ is a specific coenzyme targeting cellular energy production, DNA repair, and neurological function. Myers Cocktail is broader. NAD+ is more targeted. Some patients get both, spaced apart in a treatment plan.
Yes. Queen Creek is one of our primary service markets at our Mesa Eastmark office. Most of Queen Creek is within fifteen minutes of our Eastmark location, often under ten. Many of our IV therapy patients drive from Queen Creek because we are closer than competing wellness clinics further west.
It depends on the infusion and your goals. Myers Cocktail and standard hydration IVs can be done as often as weekly. NAD+ is typically done as a series of infusions over one to two weeks, then maintenance dosing every few months. Your provider will recommend a frequency based on why you are seeking IV therapy.
For most healthy adults, yes. IV therapy is administered by a licensed medical provider who screens for contraindications during your first visit. Patients with severe kidney disease, uncontrolled heart failure, or IV compound allergies are not candidates for standard IV therapy. We screen for these during intake, which matters especially at our Mesa Eastmark office where we see older patients with more complex medical histories.
Most patients feel some effects within an hour of an IV infusion. Hydration and energy are usually noticeable immediately. Immune support builds over days. NAD+ benefits typically develop over the course of several infusions rather than one.
Insurance coverage for IV therapy varies. Medically indicated IVs such as B12 for confirmed deficiency, Myers Cocktail for migraine management, or vitamin D correction may be covered under some plans or eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Wellness-focused IVs typically are not. We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly.
Good candidates are adults with specific goals for their IV therapy: recovery from athletic exertion or dehydration, immune support during illness, treatment of a confirmed vitamin deficiency, or targeted symptom relief. They want to feel better, not fix a problem that requires other medical treatment. During your first visit, your provider will tell you honestly whether IV therapy is the right choice for your situation.
