Peptide Therapy in Gilbert, AZ

Gilbert Peptide Therapy Program

Peptide therapy uses signaling molecules, short chains of amino acids, to communicate with cells throughout the body. Peptides are naturally occurring and play a role in nearly every biological process. When used therapeutically, specific peptides can support healing, recovery, growth, metabolism, and overall wellness.

The peptide therapy program at our Gilbert office is led by Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS. Your provider evaluates your goals, reviews your medical history, and recommends the peptides that fit your situation. Keystone offers eleven distinct peptide therapies, each with a specific clinical purpose.

This page covers what peptide therapy is, which peptides we offer, how to know if you are a candidate, and what to expect from your first visit. To get started, call (480) 499-4441 or request a consultation.

How Peptide Therapy Works

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. They tell cells what to do, when to do it, and how. There are thousands of naturally occurring peptides, each with specific functions ranging from tissue repair to hormone regulation.

Peptide therapy uses synthetic or bioidentical peptides to enhance or replicate the body's natural signaling. Some peptides stimulate the release of growth hormone. Others accelerate healing of injured tissue. Some support skin regeneration or improve libido. The therapy is targeted, specific, and tailored to your goals.

Because peptides work with the body's own systems rather than replacing them, they are often considered a more natural approach compared to conventional pharmaceuticals. For a broader overview of peptide therapy, see our main peptide page.

Is Peptide Therapy Right for You?

Most patients who succeed with peptide therapy share three things. They have a clear goal for treatment, whether that is faster recovery, improved body composition, better sleep, or enhanced sexual health. They understand peptide therapy is a process, not a quick fix. They want a provider who will explain what peptides can and cannot do rather than sell them a package.

Clinically, peptide therapy is appropriate for adults seeking targeted support for specific health, recovery, or wellness goals. Not every patient is a candidate for every peptide. Your provider will determine which peptides, if any, fit your clinical picture.

Chad's ICU background is genuinely useful here. Managing patients on multiple therapies, understanding interactions, and monitoring for adverse effects require clinical judgment that wellness marketing cannot substitute.

Our Peptide Menu

Keystone offers eleven distinct peptide therapies, each with a specific clinical purpose. Your provider will help you decide which peptide or combination fits your situation.

CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin

CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin is a peptide blend that stimulates the body's own release of growth hormone. CJC-1295 supports increased HGH release, while Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin.

Benefits include improved sleep quality, increased energy, faster recovery from workouts, improved skin quality, reduced body fat, and increased lean muscle mass.

BPC-157

BPC-157 is a peptide known for its regenerative and healing properties. It is naturally found in gastric juice and has been shown to accelerate the healing of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints.

BPC-157 is used for tissue repair, reduced inflammation, faster recovery from injury, gut health support, and improved joint function.

Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 / TB-500)

Wolverine Blend combines BPC-157 with TB-500 for enhanced healing and recovery. TB-500 is a synthetic version of thymosin beta-4 that promotes cell migration and tissue repair.

The combination amplifies healing effects: accelerated wound healing, reduced inflammation, improved flexibility, and enhanced recovery from injuries or surgery.

GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu (copper peptide) is a naturally occurring peptide with copper-binding properties. It plays a significant role in skin remodeling and healing.

Benefits include improved skin appearance, reduced fine lines and wrinkles, hair growth support, wound healing acceleration, and antioxidant activity.

HGH (Human Growth Hormone)

HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is a naturally occurring hormone produced by the pituitary gland. HGH therapy is used to supplement declining levels in adults experiencing symptoms of hormone deficiency.

HGH supports muscle mass, bone density, metabolic function, energy levels, and overall well-being. It also contributes to improved sleep quality and skin elasticity.

IGF1-LR3

IGF1-LR3 is a long-acting analog of insulin-like growth factor 1. It has an extended half-life, making it particularly effective for muscle growth and recovery.

IGF1-LR3 is used for lean muscle development, fat metabolism, cellular repair, and enhanced recovery from intense physical training.

Sermorelin

Sermorelin is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release more of the body's own growth hormone.

Benefits include improved energy, better sleep, increased lean muscle mass, decreased body fat, enhanced recovery, and support for healthy aging.

Melanotan II

Melanotan II is a synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It is used for tanning without extensive UV exposure and has additional effects on appetite and libido.

Effects include skin tanning, reduced appetite, and enhanced libido. It works by stimulating melanin production in the skin.

Libido Blend (PT-141 / Oxytocin)

Libido Blend combines PT-141 (Bremelanotide) with Oxytocin to support sexual health and intimacy. PT-141 works through the melanocortin receptors in the brain, while Oxytocin supports bonding and emotional connection.

The blend is used to enhance libido, improve sexual function, support arousal, and promote emotional well-being and intimacy.

GLOW Blend (GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500)

GLOW Blend is a proprietary combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 designed to enhance skin health, appearance, and overall aesthetic outcomes.

Benefits include improved skin quality, reduced signs of aging, enhanced hair growth, faster healing, and improved overall skin tone and texture.

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog specifically approved for reducing excess abdominal fat. It stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone.

Tesamorelin is used for reduction of visceral abdominal fat, improved body composition, enhanced metabolic function, and support for cognitive function.

How to Choose the Right Peptide

You do not have to choose alone. That is the point of seeing a provider.

Your provider will review your goals, medical history, current medications, prior peptide experience if any, and your budget. From there, the recommendation is the peptide or combination most likely to work for you.

For patients focused on recovery and injury healing, we often start with BPC-157 or the Wolverine Blend. For patients focused on growth hormone support, CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, or Tesamorelin. For skin and aesthetics, GHK-Cu or the GLOW Blend. For libido, the Libido Blend.

The right recommendation depends on you. Peptides are not one-size-fits-all. That is why the clinical conversation matters.

What Your First Visit Looks Like

Your first visit takes about 45 minutes. Your provider reviews your medical history, current medications, and goals for peptide therapy. Baseline lab work is ordered when appropriate.

Once labs are in, you return for a follow-up visit to review results and discuss options. If your provider determines peptide therapy is appropriate, we can start you on the recommended peptides at that visit. We do not prescribe peptides without a full clinical evaluation.

Peptides are typically administered as subcutaneous injections. Your provider will teach you the technique during your first visit. Most patients find self-administration straightforward within a session or two.

Follow-up cadence depends on the peptide. Some peptides require regular monitoring, others less frequently.

Meet Your Provider

Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, is the lead Family Nurse Practitioner overseeing the peptide therapy program at our Gilbert office. Two master's degrees, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with over thirteen years of combined nursing and NP experience.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chad spent more than five years as an ICU nurse at a Level II trauma center in Idaho, caring for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients. That background is unusual for a peptide provider, and it matters. Peptides intersect with hormone regulation, metabolic function, and injection technique. A provider with critical care experience brings a clinical safety floor that aestheticians and registered nurses cannot match.

Chad is fluent in Spanish, both conversational and medical. Spanish-speaking patients can request a Spanish-language appointment when booking. Habla español.
