Chad has been serving as a professional in the medical industry many years and has an unwavering commitment to provide the best quality of care for his patients. Chad received his master’s degree as a nurse practitioner over eight years ago from the University of Phoenix. Prior to his credentials as a nurse practitioner, Chad graduated from Idaho State University with his nursing degree. Immediately began working as a nurse in the ICU at a level II trauma center in Idaho. The experience earned over five years serving in the ICU included caring for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients. After moving to Arizona, Chad continued his nursing career in the ICU while also gaining experience as a charge nurse, preceptor for nursing students, and training of new hires into the ICU. Chad also has extensive knowledge in all aspects of medical including overall health & wellness, pain management, and trauma. This makes him well rounded to serve as your provider for Keystone Medical Wellness.
Fun Facts about Chad: • He is fluent in Spanish – both conversational and medical. • He holds two master’s degrees: A Master’s of Family Nurse Practitioner and a Master’s of Science. • During the winter months, he volunteers as a National Ski Patroller at Sunrise Ski Resort. • He enjoys being outdoors with his family doing activities like golfing, mountain biking, wake surfing, and hiking.

Ashley Foster, FNP-BC, MSN
Ashley graduated from the University of Phoenix with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. During her program she became a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society in Nursing and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Excellence. Ashley is an Arizona native where she received her nursing degree in 2010. As a Registered Nurse she specialized in Women’s Health for six years and family practice for three years. After her transition to a Family Nurse Practitioner, Ashley focused two years in Naturopathic medicine and two years of integrative health. Ashley has a true desire for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals while focusing on patient centered care.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley has a devotion to fitness and nutrition. She is a busy mother of two active kids that thrive with outside activities such as baseball, horseback riding, rodeos, mountain biking and hiking.
Summer Richardson, FNP
Summer is a Family Nurse Practitioner known for her patient centered approach to preventive and integrative care. With a diverse clinical background and a deep commitment to whole person wellness, she partners with adults to optimize health, enhance vitality, and support long term well-being. Raised in a military family, Summer spent her early years living throughout the United States and abroad in Japan and Italy experiences that shaped her adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.
She began her nursing career in Washington State, working in acute care on Medical-Surgical and Cardiovascular Surgery units while earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later expanded her clinical expertise as a travel nurse, caring for patients across a range of settings including Progressive Care, Observation, Float Pool, and Hospice.
Summer earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, graduating with honors as a member of Sigma Theta Tau. Her care philosophy emphasizes a proactive, personalized approach combining education, prevention, and thoughtful guidance to help patients feel their best and maintain optimal health.
For the past 10 years, Summer has called Gilbert, Arizona home, where she is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each patient through a personalized approach to care focused on lasting wellness and optimal vitality.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys life with her husband, a U.S. Navy veteran, and their 9-year-old triplets. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, golfing, and attending local sporting events.

Human Growth Hormone Treatment
