Your First Visit
Plan on about 45 minutes. Your provider reviews your medical history, current symptoms, and goals. Baseline lab work is ordered when clinically indicated.

Cancellations
If you cannot keep an appointment, please call as soon as possible. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may incur a fee.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA payment and offer financing through Cherry. We can provide documentation of your visit if you want to submit to your insurance on your own.
