Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling at our Mesa Eastmark office helps lift, tighten, and tone your skin. The treatment uses a dual action of fine microneedles and RF heat energy to stimulate collagen production deep below the skin surface, delivering superior results over standard microneedling for skin texture, fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, and stretch marks.
The RF Microneedling program at our Mesa Eastmark office is led by Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS. To get started, call (480) 485-9677 or request a consultation.
This innovative RF Microneedling treatment can help rejuvenate your skin appearance by offering superior results over standard microneedling. The goal of this aesthetic treatment is to promote collagen restoration through both stimulation and coagulation.
The microneedles promote collagen reactivation and, along with radiofrequency heat energy, encourage the ability to lift, tighten, and tone your skin under the surface.
The process uses a handheld device that is passed over your skin and simultaneously emits RF (radio frequency) energy below the skin's surface while using fine microneedles penetrating up to 3.5mm to create micro-injuries to the skin. This dual action stimulates collagen deep below the skin, improving the look and feel of texture, scars, fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and stretch marks.
Our Mesa Eastmark RF Microneedling patient base skews two directions.
Working-age Eastmark, Mulberry, and Mountain Ranch patients make up the largest group. These patients are typically focused on fine lines, enlarged pores, acne scars, and skin texture. Many are busy professionals who can plan treatment days around social downtime.
Older Sunland Springs and Cadence patients are a growing group. These patients come in for skin tightening and lift, often around the jawline, neck, and decollete. RF Microneedling is especially appealing because it works on all skin types.
Queen Creek patients make up the rest. The drive from most of Queen Creek is under fifteen minutes.
RF Microneedling is appropriate for adults looking to improve skin texture, soften fine lines and wrinkles, reduce acne and acne scarring, minimize enlarged pores, or reduce stretch-mark visibility. The treatment is suitable for all skin types, including skin tones that are not candidates for traditional laser resurfacing.
Most patients at our Mesa Eastmark office who succeed with RF Microneedling share two things. They understand the treatment is a series, not a single session. Achieving optimal results typically requires 2 to 4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. And they can commit to 12 hours of social downtime plus 24-48 hours of minor redness after each session.
RF Microneedling at our Mesa Eastmark office addresses a range of common skin concerns. Here is what the treatment is used for and the results patients can expect.
RF Microneedling improves the look and feel of your skin's texture and softens fine lines and wrinkles. The dual action of RF heat and micro-needles stimulates collagen deep below the skin, leaving you with firmer, smoother skin and a radiant complexion.
Tighter, smoother skin. Minimal downtime.
RF Microneedling can reduce active acne and acne scarring. The microneedles create controlled micro-injuries that trigger your body's natural healing response, while the radiofrequency heat stimulates collagen remodeling in the deeper layers of skin.
Acne scars often require 2-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.
RF Microneedling helps reduce the appearance of enlarged pores by stimulating collagen production around pore walls. As collagen rebuilds, pores appear tighter and less visible. Results build over 3-4 weeks after each session.
RF Microneedling can reduce stretch-mark visibility on the stomach, back of arms, buttock, and other treated areas. The treatment works by stimulating collagen in the stretched tissue, helping even out texture and color over time.
As we age or lose weight, our skin texture and tightness changes. RF Microneedling helps lift, tighten, and tone your skin under the surface. Suitable for face, neck, decollete, jowels, hands, stomach, back of arms, buttock, and more.
Perfectly suitable for all skin types.
At your appointment, a topical numbing cream is applied before the RF Microneedling treatment, which allows for your comfort during the procedure. During the treatment you may feel some minimal discomfort, slight pressure, and heat.
The procedure itself typically takes less than 30 minutes, but you should anticipate being in the office 60-90 minutes depending on the area(s) being treated.
Downtime: There is minimal downtime, and patients should expect about 12 hours of social downtime. Most redness and swelling happens within this time frame. You will likely experience minor redness and slight swelling for about 24-48 hours. Within 72 hours, you should anticipate the feeling of tightness and dryness and you will notice pinpoint freckle-like scabs appearing. These naturally shed when the underlying skin has healed.
When to expect results: While you can see some outcomes at the time of treatment, the real results show within 3-4 weeks after your session. Achieving optimal results typically requires 2 to 4 treatments in the same area spaced out about every 4-6 weeks.
RF Microneedling pricing varies by treatment area and the number of sessions required. See our services pricing page for details.
Insurance does not cover RF Microneedling because it is considered a cosmetic treatment. Keystone is an out-of-network practice. Patients can use HSA, FSA (when eligible for the aesthetic indication), or financing through Cherry.
Your first visit at our Mesa Eastmark office takes about 45 minutes. Your provider reviews your skin concerns, medical history, and goals, then evaluates whether RF Microneedling is the right approach for your situation.
For Queen Creek patients, the drive is usually under fifteen minutes. The parking is straightforward and our office is on the ground floor with easy access.
If RF Microneedling is appropriate, your treatment can be scheduled at a follow-up visit. Plan for 60-90 minutes at each treatment session. You will also need to plan for 12 hours of social downtime and 24-48 hours of visible redness after each session.
