The process begins with a simple blood draw, similar to routine laboratory testing. The blood is then placed in a specialized centrifuge that separates and concentrates the platelets, creating a platelet-rich solution that contains a higher concentration of growth factors than is normally found in circulating blood.

Advanced Platelet-Rich Support: Advanced Platelet-Rich Support is a regenerative therapy option that provides concentrated platelet-derived growth factors and signaling proteins designed to support the body's natural healing response. Unlike traditional PRP, which requires a blood draw and processing of the patient's own blood, this treatment utilizes laboratory-prepared platelet-derived factors that are ready for use at the time of your appointment.
Advanced Platelet-Rich Support may be an excellent option for patients who are not ideal candidates for traditional PRP, have low platelet counts, prefer to avoid blood collection, or are seeking a convenient regenerative therapy alternative. During your consultation, our providers will discuss whether traditional PRP or platelet-rich support is the best choice for your individual goals and treatment needs.

We accept HSA and FSA payment, offer financing through Cherry, and post current new patient offers that may reduce your first month's cost. Insurance coverage for regenerative therapies is generally limited, but HSA and FSA funds can typically be used. Keystone is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Your first visit takes about 45 minutes. Your provider reviews your medical history, current symptoms, and injury or condition history. Any recent imaging (X-rays, MRIs) that shows the affected joint or tissue is helpful to bring to your consultation.
During your consultation, our providers will evaluate your goals and determine whether traditional PRP, Advanced Platelet-Rich Support, or stem cell therapy is the most appropriate regenerative therapy for your needs.
If traditional PRP is recommended, the treatment typically involves a blood draw during a subsequent visit, centrifuge processing, and injection into the treatment area. If Advanced Platelet-Rich Support or stem cell therapy is recommended, no blood draw is needed and treatment can often begin at the follow-up visit.
Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, is the lead Family Nurse Practitioner at our Gilbert office. Chad received his master's degree as a nurse practitioner over eight years ago from the University of Phoenix. Before that, he graduated from Idaho State University with his nursing degree and immediately began working as a nurse in the ICU at a Level II trauma center in Idaho, where he spent more than five years caring for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients.
After moving to Arizona, Chad continued his nursing career in the ICU while also gaining experience as a charge nurse, preceptor for nursing students, and trainer of new hires into the ICU. Chad has extensive knowledge across all aspects of medicine including overall health and wellness, pain management, and trauma. That pain management specialty is directly relevant to regenerative therapy, which is fundamentally non-surgical pain treatment for joints, tendons, and ligaments.

Our Gilbert office is at 3076 East Chandler Heights Road, Suite 115, in south Gilbert. We are about five minutes from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and ten minutes from San Tan Village. Many of our regenerative therapy patients come from Power Ranch, Seville, Adora Trails, Trilogy at Power Ranch, Coronado Ranch, Country Shadows, and the surrounding master-planned communities.
We also serve patients from Queen Creek, Chandler, and San Tan Valley. The drive from most parts of Queen Creek is under fifteen minutes. From east Chandler, even less. If you would prefer our Mesa Eastmark office, that location offers the same regenerative therapy program with the same provider model.
