Your initial consultation takes approximately 30 minutes. During this visit, your provider will review your medical history, current medications, previous treatments, and personal goals. Depending on your situation, baseline laboratory testing may be ordered when clinically appropriate.
If a peptide-based medication is appropriate, you will receive information about its intended use, potential benefits and risks, administration, monitoring requirements, and cost before deciding whether to begin treatment. Medication is not prescribed without a complete clinical evaluation.
The method of administration varies by medication. If a prescribed treatment requires self-injection, your provider will provide instructions on proper preparation, storage, dosing, and injection technique.
Follow-up appointments and monitoring are based on the medication, your clinical needs, and your response to treatment.
Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, is the provider-led clinician overseeing peptide consultations and patient care at our Gilbert office. He is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, holds two master’s degrees, and has more than thirteen years of combined nursing and nurse practitioner experience.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chad spent more than five years working as an ICU nurse at a Level II trauma center in Idaho. His experience included caring for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients. This critical-care background informs his thoughtful approach to patient evaluation, medication interactions, potential contraindications, treatment administration, and ongoing monitoring.
Chad is fluent in both conversational and medical Spanish. Spanish-speaking patients may request a Spanish-language appointment when scheduling. Habla español.
Our Gilbert office is at 3076 East Chandler Heights Road, Suite 115, in south Gilbert. We are about five minutes from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and ten minutes from San Tan Village. Many of our peptide therapy patients come from Power Ranch, Seville, Adora Trails, Trilogy at Power Ranch, Coronado Ranch, Country Shadows, and the surrounding master-planned communities.
We also serve patients from Queen Creek, Chandler, and San Tan Valley. The drive from most parts of Queen Creek is under fifteen minutes. From east Chandler, even less. If you would prefer our Mesa Eastmark office, that location offers the same peptide therapy program with the same provider model.
