Our Mesa Eastmark office is a nurse practitioner-led wellness clinic in the Eastmark community of southeast Mesa. The office sits on Point Twenty-Two Boulevard, in the heart of Eastmark near the Great Park, with easy access from Loop 202 for patients across Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon.
Services include medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, IV therapy, ketamine infusion therapy, peptide therapy, and regenerative therapy. The practice is led by Chad Dance, FNP-C, MSN, MS, whose five-plus years of ICU experience at a Level II trauma center shaped how the clinic approaches every service. Labs before prescriptions. Honest evaluations. Clinical rigor instead of wellness marketing.

Our Mesa office is located in Eastmark, a master-planned community in the southeast corner of Mesa near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Some patients are not sure whether Eastmark is in Mesa, Queen Creek, or somewhere else. It is in Mesa, zip code 85212, but the community has its own identity and most residents call it Eastmark, not Mesa.
If you are coming from elsewhere in Mesa, the drive is generally fifteen to twenty minutes via Loop 202. From Queen Creek, under ten minutes. From Apache Junction and Gold Canyon, the drive takes about twenty minutes via Highway 60.
Our office is on Point Twenty-Two Boulevard, near the Banner Health Center at Eastmark and a short drive from Eastmark Great Park. The community is one of the fastest-growing in the East Valley, and our patient base reflects that growth.
Our Mesa Eastmark location offers the full Keystone service menu. The same services you would receive at our Gilbert office, with the same provider model and the same transparent pricing.
Chad is the lead nurse practitioner at our Mesa Eastmark office. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and his nursing degree from Idaho State University. He is a Family Nurse Practitioner certification certified provider with dual master's degrees.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner over eight years ago, Chad spent more than five years as an ICU nurse at a Level II trauma center in Idaho. He cared for critically ill medical, surgical, neurological, and open-heart surgery patients. After moving to Arizona, he continued in ICU practice as a charge nurse and preceptor for new ICU hires before transitioning to wellness medicine full time.
Chad is fluent in Spanish, both conversational and medical. Spanish-speaking patients in the East Valley can request a Spanish-language appointment when booking. Habla español.
In the winter months, Chad volunteers as a National Ski Patroller at Sunrise Ski Resort.

Within Mesa, we serve patients from the surrounding master-planned communities including Eastmark, Mulberry, Mountain Ranch, Sunland Springs, Cadence, Blossom Rock, and Residence. Sunland Springs is a 55+ active adult community, and we see a high proportion of patients from there for HRT, IV therapy, and weight loss services geared toward older adults.
If you are driving to us, we are about five minutes from Eastmark Great Park, eight minutes from Mountain Vista Medical Center, and a short drive from Queen Creek Marketplace. Easy access from Loop 202 makes us convenient for patients across the southeast Valley.

The patient mix at Eastmark is different from a typical East Valley wellness clinic. Two reasons drive that.
Geography brings patients from a wider age range than most med spas serve. Eastmark and Mulberry skew younger, Cadence and Blossom Rock are growing families, and Sunland Springs sits a few minutes away as a 55+ active adult community. The clinic has to be comfortable treating a 32-year-old looking at semaglutide for the first time and a 68-year-old managing testosterone replacement alongside three other medications. That range demands a real provider, not a wellness operator.
Chad's ICU background handles that complexity in a way wellness-only practices cannot. Open-heart, neurological, surgical, and medical critical care experience translates directly into prescribing decisions for older patients with multiple medications. That is not a marketing claim. It is the reason Sunland Springs and Mountain Vista cardiology patients can get HRT or weight loss care here without bouncing through three referrals.
And the basics still matter. Pricing is published before you book on the services pricing page. The weight loss medication menu carries five options including Retatrutide, which is hard to find in the southeast Valley.

New patients can request an appointment online or call (480) 485-9677. Same-week appointments are typically available at our Mesa Eastmark office. Spanish-speaking patients can request Chad specifically when booking.
